Is YakWise free?

Yes, YakWise is free during beta. We'll communicate any changes well in advance.

How accurate are the verdicts?

YakWise uses real-time data from NOAA, Open-Meteo, and other government sources. Verdicts are as good as the data — but always check conditions yourself before launching.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Email us and we'll remove your account and all associated trip checks within 48 hours.

Where does YakWise work?

Anywhere in Washington during beta. You save your own launches in the app, or drop a pin on the map for an ad-hoc check at any lake, river, or saltwater spot in WA. We'll expand to more states as we grow.
